产品描述BRL 37344 is a potent and selective β3 adrenoceptor agonist with Ki of 287 nM; has weaker binding affinity for β1 and β2 receptors with Ki of 1750 and 1120 nM, respectively; A potent agonist in brown adipocytes (EC50 = 3.3 +/- 0.8 nM) than in white adipocytes (EC50=5.7 nM) or colon (EC50=27.5 nM); Stimulates fuel oxidation by soleus muscle in vitro.Diabetes Discontinued.
