体内实验Animal Model:CFLP mice were irradiated to the lower mediastinum to induce CDU.Dosage:10 mg/kg, twice daily for 5 days Administration:Oral gavage (p.o.)Result:Reduced the incidence of CDU. Inhibited gastric acid secretion about 50% or more in the basal and the stimulated periods.Induced massive rises in basal (12-fold) and stimulated (9-fold) luminal histamine.
