Ganoderic acid F inhibits the proliferation of HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells with IC(50) values of 19.5+/-0.6 microM.(In Vitro):Ganoderic acid F has exhibited antitumor and antimetastatic activities through inhibition of angiogenesis and alteration of proteins involving cell proliferation and/or cell death, carcinogenesis, oxidative stress, calcium signaling, and endoplasmic reticulum stress.

Ganoderic acid F (48 hours) inhibits the proliferation of HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells with an IC50 value of 19.5 μM.
