Imagabalin (PD 0332334) 是电压依赖性钙通道 (VDCC) α2δ 亚基的新型配体，对 α2δ1 亚基比 α2δ2 具有一定选择性。

Imagabalin (PD 0332334) is a novel ligand for the α2δ subunit of the voltage-dependent calcium channel (VDCC) with some selectivity for the α2δ1 subunit over α2δ2; demonstrated preclinical efficacy of anxiolytic, analgesic, hypnotic, and anticonvulsant-like activity for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Anxiety Phase 3 Discontinued.

β-Amino Acid Imagabalin Hydrochloride had been in phase III clinical trials for the treatment of generalised anxiety disorders. However, this research has been discontinued. β-Amino Acid Imagabalin Hydrochloride had been also in phase I clinical trials for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
