一种 I 类抗心律失常药（直接干扰心脏膜去极化，从而充当膜稳定剂），对心脏的抑制作用类似于胍。

A class I anti-arrhythmic agent (one that interferes directly with the depolarization of the cardiac membrane and thus serves as a membrane-stabilizing agent) with a depressant action on the heart similar to that of guanidine. It also possesses some anticholinergic and local anesthetic properties. (In Vitro):HERG tail currents recorded at -40 mV following test pulses to +30 mV were inhibited in a dose-dependent fashion by Disopyramide concentrations within the clinical range (IC50=7.23 μM).
