产品描述A first-in-class, potent, selective class IIa HDACs (HDAC4, HDAC5, HDAC7 and HDAC9) inhibtior with IC50 of 60, 59, 26, and 15 nM, respectively; shows no significant inhibition for others HDACs; alters the tumour microenvironment and reduces tumour burden and pulmonary metastases by modulating macrophage phenotypes in mice; induces the recruitment and differentiation of highly phagocytic and stimulatory macrophages within tumours.
