产品描述TD-165 is a PROTAC-based cereblon (CRBN) degrader comprising a?CRBN?ligand binding group, a linker and a?VHL binding group.(In Vitro):Administration of 0.1-10?μM TD-165 for 24 hours resulted in a concentration-dependent decrease in CRBN protein levels in HEK293T cells. Administration of 0-100 nM TD-165 for 24 hours showed a 50% degradation concentration (DC50) of 20.4?nM and a maximum degradation (Dmax) value of 99.6%.
