体外实验

Antiflammin-1 (2-10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每天，持续 6 天) 可降低博莱霉素治疗小鼠的 TNF-α 和 IL-1β 水平。 Antiflammin-1 在博来霉素诱导的肺损伤中具有抗炎和抗纤维化作用。
体内实验

Antiflammin-1 (10 μM) 可抑制 TGF-β1 诱导的 NIH3T3 细胞增殖，该增殖由 uteroglobin 受体介导。
