Granuliberin R 是一种新的肥大细胞脱颗粒肽，来源于两栖动物，可从蛙 (Rana rugosa) 的皮肤中分离到。Granuliberin R 是一种十二肽，可作用于大鼠腹膜肥大细胞释放颗粒，释放组胺。

Granuliberin R is a new mast cell degranulating peptide comes from amphibian, can be isolated from the skin of frog Rana rugosa. Granuliberin R is a dodecapeptide, can act on rat peritoneal mast cell to liberate granules and release histamine.

Granuliberin R (0.1 mg/mL, 1 μg/mL, and 10 ng/mL; injection; single dose for 60 s) interfere in the proliferation of oral keratinocytes and the activity of connective tissue cells when treatment is conducted into rats mandibular gingiva in the vicinity of the right mental foramen.

Granuliberin R (10 μg/mL) does not alter the release of catecholamines and adenine nucleotides from cultured adrenal chromaffin cells, while the Mastoparan (10 μg/mL) increases both of them.
