产品描述Abelacimab (MAA868) is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds with high affinity to the catalytic structural domain of FXI and locks it in the zymogen conformation, thereby preventing its activation by FXIIa or thrombin. Abelacimab can be used in thromboembolic disease studies.
