体外实验Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:ECV304 and its derived cell lines Concentration:0-7 μM Incubation Time:3 days Result:Inhibited ECV304 and B/1 cells with the LC50 value of 4.5 μ M and 6.5 μ M,respectively. After 7 μM treatment, the shape of ECV304 or ECV304/pCE2 cells became round and detached from the plate, while B/1 cells could clearly observe living cells that retained the spindle shape.
