(In Vitro):β-Casomorphin, human TFA induces contractions of the guinea-pig ileum myenteric plexus/longitudinal muscle preparation with an IC50 of 29 μM. β-Casomorphin, human TFA displaces 3H-spiperone from receptors in frontal cortex starting with 500 nM concentrations.
