产品描述JW 67 is an inhibitor of canonical Wnt pathway signaling. JW 67 rapidly reduced active β-catenin with a subsequent downregulation of Wnt target genes, including AXIN2, SP5, and NKD1.(In Vitro):JW 67 inhibits the canonical?Wnt?signaling with an?IC50?of 1.17μM. JW 67 (1 μM) increased concentration of AXIN2 and decreased the active form of β-catenin. JW 67 (10 or 25μM) reduced growth of SW480 CRC cells in vitro by inhibiting cell-cycle progression at the G1/S.
