Animal Model:15-20 g, Swiss-Webster male mice Dosage:0.05 mg-0.2 mg Administration:I.v.Result:Clinical signs was almost immediate after injection, beginning with piloerection, tailflicking, and rapidly progressing to intention tremors, clonic convulsions, muscular weakness, lateral recumbency, and death; shows acute toxicity with an LD50 value of 7.7 mg/kg.
