体外实验AI-10-47 (10 μM) weakly inhibits CBFβ-RUNX binding.AI-10-47 significantly inhibits ME-1, TUR, M0-91, THP-1 and U937 cell growth. Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:4 × 106 SEM cells.Concentration:10 μM.Incubation Time:6 h.Result:Weakly reduced CBFβ binding to RUNX1 in cells (may due to its poor solubility).
