产品描述A first-in-class, selective, orally bioavailable, dual inhibitor of BTK and PI3Kδ kinases with IC50 of 32.3 nM and 16.9 nM, respectively; inhibits B cell activation upon BCR cross-linking ex vivo and in vivo, induces apoptosis and decreases viability of DOHH-2 cells; shows significant anti-tumor effects in an NHL xenograft model in mice.
