产品描述LY2955303 is an effective and selective antagonist of retinoic acid receptor gamma (RARγ, Ki = 1.09 nM).(In Vitro):The functional Ki for RARγ is 7.1±4.9 nM. The binding Kis of LY2955303 for RARα, RARβ, and RARγ are >1700, >2980, and 1.09 nM, respectively.(In Vivo):A single dose of LY2955303(oral) showed a dose-response effect in rats with different weight-bearing reductions with an ED50 of 0.72 mg/kg.
