产品描述GPI-1046 is a non-immunosuppressive ligand of the immunophilin FKBP12; induces ARNT expression with subsequent activation of ALK3-dependent canonical BMP signaling responses and attenuates chronic organ failure in models of chronic kidney, but also cardiac and liver injuries; reduces ethanol consumption in part through activation of GLT1 in alcohol-preferring rats.Parkinson Disease Discontinued.
